What is my login and/or password?

Your login will be the email address on your account. You may reset your password by selecting the Forgot Your Password option on the Login page. The system will send you an email with a temporary password. Please be sure to re-type this password, as copy and paste are often unsuccessful. Once you are logged in, you may go to the "My Account" tab and Change Your Password.

If your email address is not working as your login, we may have an old or incorrect email address on file. Please call 208-467-8439 to verify your correct email address and login.

When will my grade appear on my transcript? 

Grades appear on transcripts as soon as your instructor has posted the grade. 

How can I find out how many credits I have?

To view the total number of PD credits you have taken with NNU, you may request a copy of your transcript. PD transcripts are free of charge. Your transcript may be emailed to you in a digital format when you request an "unofficial" copy. To request a copy of your professional development transcript, please see the Transcript Request Page.

Note: a professional development transcript will not render any courses taken in an undergrad or graduate program. To receive a copy of your undergrad or graduate transcript, please see the NNU Registrar web page.


Why is my course not appearing on my transcript?

If a course is not appearing on your transcript, you will want to verify that you registered for the credit through NNU and that the grade has been posted. A course will not appear on your professional development transcript if the grade has not yet been posted. You will log in and go the "My Courses" tab to view your registration and grading history.


How do I drop a course?

To drop a course, please send an email to stating that you would like to request a drop. In the email, please include your full name, your phone number, your birth date, the name of the course, and the course code. The Center for Professional Development will contact you if more information is needed before processing the drop.


Will I be refunded if I drop a course?

CPD's refund policy is as follows:

  • If the drop is requested before the start date of the course, a full refund may be issued.
  • If the drop is requested during the course, a financial credit for the amount of the registration fee will be left on the student account for future use of any professional development course (with the exception of ED2GO courses). 
  • If the drop is requested after the completion of the course, no refund will be issued.
